Lumia 610, Lumia Music comes to India. With 2 GB free data offer from major operators Airtel and Idea.
Nokia today launched the Lumia 610 smartphone for Rs 12,999 in India and consumers who buy this phone will get 2 GB of data free from Airtel and Idea Cellular for four months.
Vipul Mehrotra, director and head of smart devices, Nokia India said, “On an average people using Lumia smartphones consume around 700MB of data and to address this need we have partnered with Airtel and Idea to offer 2 GB of data free for four months to all Lumia 610 smartphone users.”
Nokia today also announced the launch of Nokia Music Store and Mix Radio service in India. Nokia Music Store has over 4.5 million songs with 15 domestic genres and 7 international genres. Nokia Lumia 610 will come with pre-installed Nokia Music app and other Lumia devices will get this app at end of July.

Does anybody have idea about how to activate the 2 GB plan with IDEA pre-paid card ? I bought Lumia 610, but the Nokia Priority center in my city doesn’t know how to activate this service.
